Povzetek E-port je nova oblika aktivnosti, pri kateri igralec s pomo?jo ra?unalnika in konzol igra videoigre sam ali s soigralci. V Sloveniji e-port sicer e ni tako razvit kot v drugih dravah, vendar je pandemija koronavirusa tudi v Sloveniji precej pospeila irjenje e-porta in pove?ala tevilo njihovih pripadnikov. Vse ve? je tudi ena?enja e-porta s tradicionalnim portom in uvr?anja e-porta med port.
Namen raziskave je bil s pomo?jo anketnega vpraalnika in strukturiranega intervjuja preveriti, kakne so posledice igranja e-porta po mnenju igralcev in strokovnjakov iz tega podro?ja. Prili smo do zaklju?kov, da lahko ob velikih aktivnostih e-porta pride do odvisnosti, izgorelosti, mikro pokodb in odpora. Pri tem mislimo predvsem okvare hrbtenice, teave z vidom, duevno utrujenost, glavobol in teave s koncentracijo. Prili smo do spoznanj, ki so zelo podobna e izvedenim raziskavam v preteklosti. SUMMARY E-sports is a new form of activity where players play video games alone or with teammates, using computers, consoles or other devices. Although e-sports are not yet as developed in Slovenia as in other countries, the corona pandemic in Slovenia has significantly accelerated the spread of e-sports and increased the number of their adherents. There is also a growing tendency to equate e-sports with traditional sports and to classify e-sports as sports.
The aim of the research was to examine the consequences of playing e-sports according to players and professionals through a questionnaire and a structured interview. We came to the conclusions that high e-sport activity can lead to addiction, burnout, micro-injuries and resistance. We are referring here in particular to spinal injuries, vision problems, mental fatigue, headaches, and concentration problems. Abstract Every society needs good entrepreneurs - both to increase added value in new and existing companies, as well as to increase entrepreneurial activities in the public sector.
For young people today, entrepreneurship is no longer just a career choice, but is becoming an increasingly attractive way of life. They are constantly on the lookout for new opportunities. They focus on various activities, and are undoubtedly influenced by the success stories of domestic and foreign entrepreneurs. At the same time, the development of one's own business idea also means self-affirmation and realization of ambitions, independence and creativity at work. Great potential is represented by start-up entrepreneurship.
The article presents the national and local support environment for the development of entrepreneurial ideas. Excerpts from a survey conducted in the Dolenjska region are also presented. We were interested in how well young people know start-up entrepreneurship and if they would like to become entrepreneurs themselves. Povzetek Vsaka druba potrebuje dobre podjetnike tako za ve?anje dodane vrednosti v novih in e obstoje?ih podjetjih, kot tudi ve?anje podjetnike dejavnosti v javnem sektorju.
Za mlade podjetnitvo dandanes ni ve? samo karierna izbira, pa? pa postaja vse bolj privla?en na?in ivljenja. Nenehno so v iskanju novih prilonosti. Usmerjajo se v razli?ne dejavnosti, nanje pa nedvomno vplivajo tudi zgodbe o uspehu doma?ih in tujih podjetnikov.
Hkrati razvoj lastne poslovne ideje pomeni tudi samodokazovanje in uresni?itev ambicij, samostojnost in kreativnost pri delu. Velik potencial predstavlja start-up podjetnitvo.
V ?lanku je predstavljeno dravno in lokalno podporno okolje za razvoj podjetnikih idej. Predstavljeni so tudi izvle?ki iz raziskave, ki je bila izvedena v dolenjski regiji. POVZETEK
Stalno in hitro spreminjanje poslovnega okolja podjetja sili v stalne prilagoditve. Da se podjetja ne bi podajala v negotovost, morajo preu?iti ?im ve? tveganj, ki obstajajo v prihodnosti in se na njih tudi ustrezno prilagoditi in pripraviti. Pripravljena in prilagodljiva podjetja lahko ra?unajo, da bodo poslovala uspeno na dolgi rok tudi, ?e se bodo soo?ila s teavami. V Sloveniji je e vedno vsaj 1000 za?etih ste?ajnih postopkov podjetij na leto, ki jih lahko pripiemo njihovem neznanju, neprilagajanju in neupotevanju vseh tveganj. Da se podjetje lahko prilagodi tveganjem, jih mora podjetje najprej opredeliti, jih ocenjevati in jih spremljati, da se lahko podjetje hitro odzove na vse nevarnosti, ki se pojavijo na trgu. Uspena podjetja zagotovo delajo vse zgoraj nateto in se hitro odzovejo na probleme, ki nastanejo v poslovnem okolju. V letu 2020 so se podjetja nau?ila, da lahko spremembe pridejo zelo hitro, tako kot je prila pandemija COVIDA-19, ki je zaustavila svet za nekaj mesecev.

ABSTRACT
The constant and fast changes of the companys business environment forces constant adjustments. In order to avoid uncertainty, companies need to examine as many risks as possible in the future and adapt and prepare for them accordingly. Ready and flexible companies can count on being successful in the long run even if they confronted with the problems. In Slovenia, there are still at least 1.000 bankruptcy proceedings initiated per year, which can be attributed to their worse knowledge, non-adjustment and disregard for all risks. In order for a company to adapt to risks, the company must first identify, assess and monitor them so that the company can respond quickly to any threats that arise in the market. Successful companies certainly do all of the above and respond quickly to problems that arise in the business environment. In 2020, companies learned that change can come very quickly, just as the COVID-19 pandemic came, who is stopped the world for a few months.
