Povzetek: tevilni ljudje svoje hine ljubljence obravnavajo kot ivljenjske spremljevalce in pomembne druinske ?lane. Zanje izbirajo najbolje izdelke in storitve. V tem prispevku se osredoto?amo na hotele za hine ivali, ki oskrbujejo hine ljubljence za ?as odsotnosti njihovih lastnikov od doma, najve?krat zaradi potovanja. Namen tudije je analizirati ponudbo hotelov za hine ivali v Sloveniji in raziskati stali?e lastnikov hinih ljubljencev o tovrstnih hotelih. Podatki, pridobljeni iz primarnih virov (intervjuvanci v fokusni skupini) in iz sekundarnih virov (spletne strani hotelov za hine ivali), so bili zbrani v decembru leta 2020 v Sloveniji. Rezultati raziskave omogo?ajo vpogled v tevilo in lokacije hotelov za ivali v slovenskem prostoru, o vrsti ivali, ki jih ti hoteli sprejemajo v varstvo, o vrsti storitev in o ceni. Prav tako nam rezultati razkrivajo pomisleke dolo?enega segmenta lastnikov hinih ljubjencev glede varovanja njihovih ivali v tovrstnih hotelih. Ugotovitve nudijo uporabne informacije za ponudnike hotelov za hine ivali, kako izboljati ponudbo ter nagovoriti potencialne stranke na na?in, da jim razblinijo dvome o strokovnosti oskrbe v tovrstnih hotelih.

Abstract: Many people treat their pets as life companions and important family members for whom they choose the best products and highest quality services. Among the activities intended for pets, hotels for pets have also been established. In such hotels, staff take care of the animals and thus solve the problems of the owners during their absence. In this paper, we focus on the activities of pet hotels. The purpose of the research is to investigate what pet owners think about hotels for pets and to present the offer of hotels for pets in Slovenia. The research took place at the end of 2020 in Slovenia. The results reveal the situation in the field of pet hotels in Slovenia. The findings provide important information for pet hotel providers on how to improve their offerings and reach out to potential customers.

ABSTRACT Differences between generations have existed since time immemorial, but they have probably never been as obvious as they are today. At present as many as four generations are facing each other at work places at the same time, each with their own habits and expectations, that are often difficult to reconcile. Consequently, the relations between them are very complex. It takes a lot of adaptation, understanding and tolerance on the part of everyone. Consumer habits are also changing radically between generations, moving from shopping in traditional shops with consumer goods to online shops. The digitalization of shopping habits has also been greatly accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has also affected the generation of traditionalists. Advertisers must also follow and adapt to the changing consumer habits of the future generations. Key words: Generations Y and Z, labour market, advertising, shopping habits
POVZETEK Razlike med generacijami obstajajo e od nekdaj, a verjetno e nikoli niso bile tako o?itne, kot so danes. Trenutno se na delovnih mestih soo?ajo kar tiri generacije hkrati, vsaka s svojimi navadami in pri?akovanji, ki jih je pogosto teko uskladiti. Posledi?no so odnosi med njimi zelo zapleteni. Potrebnega je veliko prilagajanja, razumevanja in strpnosti s strani enih in drugih. Korenito se spreminjajo tudi potronike navade med generacijami, nakupovanja se iz tradicionalnih trgovin z izdelki iroke porabe seli v spletne trgovine. Digitalizacijo nakupovalnih navad je mo?no pospeila tudi pandemija COVID-19, ki je vplivala tudi na generacijo tradicionalistov. Povzetek Trajnostni razvoj je ideja o razvoju drube, ki nasprotuje potroni drubi, globalnemu kapitalizmu ter nenadzorovanemu iz?rpavanju naravnih virov in onesnaevanju okolja. Spodbuja trajnostno naravnano kulturo, za katero so zna?ilni socialna pravi?nost in demokrati?ni odnosi, odgovorno ravnanje z naravnimi viri in okoljem na na?in, da se doseeta uravnoteen gospodarski razvoj in razvoj drube, ki ne bi prikrajal prihodnjih generacij. Izobraevanje in u?enje za trajnostni razvoj zahtevata spremembo vrednot, miljenja, vedenja in navad ljudi. V ospredje se postavlja potreba po uvajanju novih vsebin, metod izobraevanja ter po spodbujanju okolja za prilonostno u?enje. V formalnem izobraevalnem procesu kot tudi drugih oblikah u?enja bo treba narediti preskok od generiranja in pomnjenja podatkov k razvijanju samostojnega in kriti?nega razmiljanja, samorefleksivnosti in medkulturnega dialoga. Preli naj bi k viji stopnji znanja, ki je rezultat povezovanja razli?nih teoreti?nih znanj in ivljenjskih izkuenj.

Abstract Sustainable development is the idea of developing a society that opposes a consumer society, global capitalism, and the uncontrolled explotation of natural resources and environmental pollution. It promotes a sustainable culture characterized by social justice and democratic relations, responsible management of natural resources and the environment, in a way that achieves balanced economic development and the development of society that does not disadvantage future generations. Education and learning for sustainable development require a change in people's values, thinking, behavior and habits. The need for the introduction of new contents, methods of education and the promotion of the environment for casual learning is at the forefront. In the formal educational process as well as in other forms of learning, it will be necessary to make a leap from data generation and memorization to the development of independent and critical thinking, reflexivity and intercultural dialogue. We should move to a higher level of knowledge, which is the result of combining different theoretical knowledge and life experiences.
