BLAŽENA KOŠMERL, SPEC. MANAG.: ANALIZA NABAVNEGA MENEDŽMENTA V MAJHNEM IN VELIKEM PODJETJU

Povzetek
Uspešno nabavno poslovanje je odvisno od vseh zaposlenih v nabavni službi, njihovih sposobnosti in doseganja zastavljenih ciljev ter dobrega sodelovanja z vsemi funkcijami v podjetju. Pravilno oblikovan nabavni proces mora vsako nalogo dobro opraviti, z minimalno porabo časa in energije. Zelo pomemben dejavnik nabavnega procesa pa je, da vključuje tudi ostale procese znotraj podjetja. Za vse funkcije v podjetju je zelo pomembno, da zaposleni razpolagajo s pravimi podatki. Ob tem mora tudi nabava opravljati nenehne raziskave, ki bodo prinesle kakovostne podatke v ustreznih količinah. Podatki, ki zanimajo nabavo, so predvsem vrsta in kakovost materialov ter količina in čas nabave, kar skupno predstavlja notranje podatke podjetja. V zunanje raziskave pa so zajeti dobavitelji in njihovi materiali, ponujene količine, njihove cene in kakovost materialov ter plačilni in dobavni roki. Vse zbrane podatke je treba tudi primerno urediti in jih analizirati.

Spoznali smo, da ima nabava zelo pomembno vlogo, tako v mikro kot tudi v velikem podjetju. Z dobro opravljenim delom zagotavlja nemoteno proizvodnjo in pravočasno dobavo izdelka kupcu. Ugotovili smo, da nabavna funkcija lahko bistveno pripomore k izboljšanju uspešnosti podjetja. Učinek prihrankov pri nabavi vhodnih materialov se lahko izredno pozna pri končnem rezultatu poslovanja podjetja.

Abstract
Successful purchase operations depend on every employee in the Purchasing Department, their abilities, achieving the set objectives, and good cooperation between all functions within the company. A correctly designed purchasing process must perform every task with a minimum consumption of time and energy. A very important factor of the purchasing process is that it also includes all other processes taking place within the company. It is of utmost importance that all functions within the company have the correct data available. Naturally, the Purchasing Department must continuously conduct research which will provide quality data in sufficient quantities. The Purchasing Department is interested primarily in the type and quality of materials, as well as quantity and time of purchase, which together present the internal data of the company. External research includes the suppliers and their materials, offered quantities, their prices and quality of materials, as well as payment and delivery terms. All collected data must be properly managed and analysed.

We found that the Purchasing Department has an extremely important role both in a micro-enterprise as well as in a large-sized company. This ensures smooth production and timely delivery of the product to the customer. We found that the purchase function can substantially improve company performance. The effect of savings in the purchase of inputs can make a major difference in the company's final operating result.

DOC. DR. SAŠA ZUPAN KORŽE: V ISKANJU STIČIŠČ MED KAKOVOSTJO, ODLIČNOSTJO IN TRAJNOSTJO V TURIZMU

Povzetek
Namen prispevka je predstaviti izzive pri razumevanju konceptov kakovosti, odličnosti in trajnosti v turizmu ter skušati poiskati njihova stičišča. To dosežemo s predstavitvijo dosedanjih spoznanj o kakovosti, odličnosti in trajnosti v turizmu na splošno ter v Sloveniji in s predstavitvijo izzivov, ki zaradi značilnosti turističnih dejavnosti pri tem nastajajo. Opozorimo na odsotnost večine tehničnih standardov kakovosti v turizmu z namenom zagotavljanja funkcionalne kakovosti, s katerimi pri izdelkih običajno določimo objektivno kakovost. Prispevek temelji na vsebinski analizi podatkov iz znanstvene in strokovne literature ter zaznavah pri opazovanjih v praksi.

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to present challenges at understanding the concepts of quality, excellence and sustainability in tourism and to find their common points. First we highlight the existing general knowledge about quality, excellence and tourism sustainability and their implementation on Slovenia. In continuation, we point out the challenges that occur when transferring the concepts in tourism due to specific nature of the sector. One is absence of sectorial technical standards and functional standards in particular. The contribution in based on analysis of information taken from relevant theoretical and professional literature and findings based of the observation of the author.

BLAŽENA KOŠMERL, SPEC. MANAG.: VPLIV DEJAVNIKOV MANAGEMENTA KAKOVOSTI NA USPEŠNOST VIŠJIH STROKOVNIH ŠOL V SLOVENIJI

Povzetek
V prispevku smo ugotavljali management kakovosti in uspešnosti višjih strokovnih šol v Sloveniji. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili pojem kakovosti na splošno in kakovost v šolstvu. V nadaljevanju smo opisali posamezne modele kakovosti in pregledali relevantno domačo in tujo literaturo opravljenih raziskav s področja kakovosti v izobraževanju. V empiričnem delu članka smo opravili raziskavo o vplivu dejavnikov managementa kakovosti na vpeljavo modelov v višje strokovne šole ter vpliv poznavanja modelov na samo vpeljavo modela v šolo. Prav tako smo raziskovali poglede ravnateljev ter članov komisij na relacijo med študenti in predavatelji. Ugotovili smo, da ima stopnja poznavanja modelov kakovosti predstavnikov vpliv na uvajanje modelov kakovosti v višjih strokovnih šolah. Prav tako smo ugotovili, da ima mnenje o pomembnosti uvajanja modelov kakovosti za prihodnost vzgoje in izobraževanja, pozitiven vpliv na prepoznavanje pomembnosti odgovornosti ravnatelja in odnosa predavatelj-študent za kakovost višjih strokovnih šol.

Abstract
In this article, we established the quality management and performance of higher vocational colleges in Slovenia. In the theoretical part, we defined the concept of quality in general and quality in education. Further, we described individual quality models and reviewed the relevant domestic and foreign literature on research in the field of quality in education. In the empirical part of the article, we conducted research on the impact of quality management factors on the introduction of models in higher vocational colleges and the impact of knowledge of models on the introduction in school. We also researched the views of principals and quality commission members on the relationship between students and lecturers. We found that the representatives’ level of knowledge of quality models has an impact on their introduction in higher vocational colleges.  We also found that when it comes to the quality of higher vocational colleges, the opinion on the importance of introducing quality models for the future of education has a positive impact on recognizing the importance of principal’s responsibility and the lecturer-student relationship.

ALJAŽ FINK: ARGUMENTIRANJE E-ŠPORTA KOT ŠPORTA: KAJ JE PRINESLA PANDEMIJA COVID

Povzetek
E-šport pomeni elektronski šport ali tekmovanje v videoigrah. V nekaterih segmentih je podoben ali celo enak tradicionalnemu športu, se pa od njega tudi razlikuje. Pandemija, ki se je začela v letu 2020 in nadaljevala v 2021, je prinesla zelo veliko sprememb v tradicionalnem športu – prišlo je do zmanjšanja in celo prekinitve športa na rekreativnem in tekmovalnem področju. Na drugi strani je prišlo do porasta e-športa, saj smo v času pandemije morali ostati doma in to je bil idealen čas za igranje ali ogled video iger. V naši raziskavi smo ugotavljali mnenje dijakov o e-športu kot športu. Zanimalo nas je tudi, kako je pandemija vplivala na igranje videoiger slovenskih dijakov. Prišli smo do zaključkov, da dijaki poznajo in igrajo nekatere svetovno znane videoigre. Igranje videoiger se je v času pandemije med slovenskimi dijaki povečalo. Ravno tako se je povečalo tudi število gledalcev videoiger. Ob tem pa slovenski dijaki kljub pandemiji ostajajo aktivni in se ukvarjajo s športom, vsaj rekreativno.

Abstract
E-sports means electronic sports or video game competition. It is similar to or even identical to traditional sports in some segments, but it also differs from it. The pandemic, which began in 2020 and continued into 2021, has brought a great deal of change to traditional sport - there has been a reduction and even discontinuation of recreational and competitive sport. On the other hand, there was a rise in e-sports as we had to stay home during the pandemic and it was an ideal time to play or watch video games.
In our research, we determined the opinion of students about e-sports as a sport. We were also interested, how the pandemic affected the playing of video games by Slovenian students. We came to the conclusion that students know and play some world-famous video games. Video games increased among Slovenian students during the pandemic. The number of video game viewers has also increased. At the same time, despite the pandemic, Slovenian students remain active and engage in sports, at least recreationally.

ANAMARIJA MRAK: TRŽENJE NARAVNE KOZMETIKE

Povzetek
Naravna kozmetika ima dober vpliv tako na varstvo okolja kot na živali in ljudi. Vsebuje naravne sestavine in njihova pridelava je posebej predpisana. Vsebovati mora certifikat, iz katerega je razviden proces pridobivanja surovin, uporabo ekoloških dodatkov in zagotavlja prijaznost do okolja.

Trženje naravne kozmetike zajema različne pristope do potrošnikov. Z namenom pospeševanja prodaje mora imeti naravna kozmetika privlačno embalažo, poudarjene sestavine in mora biti okolju prijazna. Oglaševanje in kakovost izdelka imata največji vpliv na nakupno odločitev potrošnika. V raziskavi nas je zanimalo poznavanje naravne kozmetike pri potrošnikih, njihovo mnenje in navade glede njene uporabe. S pomočjo spletnega anketiranja smo izvedli raziskavo o trženju naravne kozmetike. Prišli smo do zaključkov, da se potrošniki zavedajo pomena naravne kozmetike za okolje, njihovo telo in da se potrošnja naravne kozmetike počasi povečuje.

Abstract
Natural cosmetics have a good impact on the environment, as well as on animals and people. It contains natural ingredients and its production is specially prescribed. It must contain a certificate of showing the process of obtaining raw materials, the use of organic additives and ensures environmental friendliness.

Marketing of natural cosmetics involves different approaches to consumers. In order to promote sales, natural cosmetics must have attractive packaging, highlighted ingredients and have to be environmentally friendly. Advertising and quality of product have the biggest impact on a consumer’s purchasing decision. In our research, we were interested in the knowledge of natural cosmetics by consumers, their opinion and habits regarding its use. With the help of an online survey, we conducted a research of the marketing natural cosmetics. We have come to the conclusion that consumers are aware of the importance of natural cosmetics for the environment and their body. We also came to the conclusion that natural cosmetics is slowly increasing.
