POVZETEK
Zagotavljanje finančnih virov za uspešno realizacijo neke nove poslovne ideje je ena težjih nalog podjetnika za nemoteno poslovanje in rast podjetja. Podjetja se soočajo s tremi različnimi področji financiranja: financiranje nastanka oz. zagona novega podjetja, financiranje tekočega poslovanja (za potrebna obratna sredstva) in financiranje razširitve (rasti) poslovanja (nove investicije, nove poslovne ideje). Kako izbrati oziroma najti najustreznejši način financiranja, je vprašanje, s katerim se podjetja srečujejo v vseh fazah razvoja podjetja, od ustanovitve naprej. Predvsem se morajo odločiti med financiranjem z lastnimi viri ali pa z denarjem, pridobljenim iz raznih zunanjih virov. Najpogosteje se odločajo za pridobitev dodatnih finančnih virov v bankah, ki so tradicionalni vir zunanjih virov in predstavljajo najpomembnejši vir financiranja podjetij. Gre seveda za vprašanje kdaj, kje in od koga pridobiti ustrezna finančna sredstva. Najustreznejši način prikaza nove poslovne dejavnosti podjetja ali nove poslovne ideje za pridobitev finančnih sredstev iz zunanjih virov je za podjetje s pomočjo izdelave poslovnega načrta. V tem članku navajamo bistvene sestavine in značilnosti priprave dobrega poslovnega načrta. Ključne besede: poslovna ideja, finančni viri, poslovni načrt ABSTRACT Providing financial resources for the successful realization of a new business idea is one of the most difficult tasks of an entrepreneur for the operation and growth of the company. Companies face three different areas of financing: financing the creation or start-up of a new company, financing of current operations (for necessary working capital) and financing of expansion (growth) of operations (new investments, new business ideas). How to choose or find the most appropriate method of financing is a question that companies face at all stages of company development, from the establishment onwards. Above all, they have to decide between financing with their own resources or with money obtained from various external sources. Most often, they decide to obtain additional financial resources from banks, which are a traditional source of external resources and represent the most important source of corporate financing. It is, of course, a question of when, where and from whom to obtain adequate funding. The most appropriate way to show a new business activity of a company or a new business idea to obtain financial resources from external sources is for the company by creating a business plan. In this article, we list the essential ingredients and characteristics of preparing a good business plan.

Povzetek Glavni cilj raziskave je bil ugotoviti, kako vzgojitelji rešujejo primere medvrstniškega nasilja v vrtcih in kakšno izobraževanje oziroma usposabljanje bi potrebovali, da bi izboljšali svoje znanje. Pregledali smo okrog 300 recenziranih člankov v knjižnici Open University, na Google Scholar in v COBISS-u in se pri tem osredotočili na ključne besede nasilje in vrtec, nasilje in predšolski otroci, kako vzgojitelji rešujejo nasilje med predšolskimi otroki. Podatki o stanju v Sloveniji so bili zbrani s pomočjo vprašalnikov, ki smo jih poslali na javne in zasebne vrtce (okrog 400). Prejeli smo približno 185 - 190 odgovorov. Raziskava ugotavlja, da je tema medvrstniškega nasilja tako v svetovni kot v slovenski literaturi aktualna. Vendar pa še vedno ni dovolj modelov, kako naj vzgojitelji rešujejo probleme, ko se v vrtcih pojavi medvrstniško nasilje. Očitno pa je tudi, da bi morali vzgojiteljem na tem področju ponuditi več formalnega in neformalnega izobraževanja.

Abstract The main objective of the research was to find out how preschool teachers solve problems of preschool aggression and what education/training they would need to improve their skills. We examined about 300 peer reviewed articles in the Open University Library, on Google Scholar and in COBISS and focused on the key words aggression and kindergarten, aggression and preschool children, how preschool teachers solve aggression among children. The data about the situation in Slovenia were gathered by questionnaires that were sent to public and private kindergartens (about 400). We received about 185 - 190 responses. The research finds out that the theme of preschool agression is popular both in the world as well as in Slovenian literature. However, there are still not enough models how preschool teachers should solve problems that arise because of aggressive behaviour. It is also obvious that preschool teachers should be offered more formal and informal education in this area.

Izvleček Proučevanje zadovoljstva z zdravstvenimi storitvami je aktualna tema raziskovanja, s katero pripomoremo k izboljšanju zdravstvenih storitev in zdravstvenega sistema. Pandemija covid-19 je postavila zdravje in zdravstvene ustanove v ospredje. Pri zagotavljanju zadovoljstva uporabnikov zdravstvenih storitev imajo zelo pomembno vlogo zaposleni v zdravstvu. Abstract The study of satisfaction with health services is a current topic of research, which helps to improve health services and health system. The covid-19 pandemic has put health and healthcare facilities at the forefront. The employees in healthcare are very important with their work to ensure the satisfaction of healthcare users. IZVLEČEK Metoda učnega scenarija se je najprej uporabljala v petdesetih letih prejšnjega stoletja v ZDA v povezavi s strateškimi simulacijskimi igrami. V nadaljevanju so se je posluževale mednarodne firme s podružnicami v tujini, da bi usposobile svoje zaposlene za uspešno poslovno komunikacijo v tujih jezikih. Danes se uporablja na številnih področjih nadaljnjega izobraževanja. Uporabljamo jo tudi pri tujem jeziku stroke v nalogah, ki omogočajo urjenje ustnih in pisnih sporazumevalnih zmožnosti, ki jih zahteva delovno mesto. Učni scenarij je vedno sestavljen iz verige komunikacijskih situacij, ki temeljijo druga na drugi in so med seboj tesno povezane. Kot je v gledališču dogajanje povezano z realnimi situacijami iz vsakdanjega življenja, tako so naloge oziroma vloge v učnem scenariju pri tujem jeziku stroke povezane z zaporedjem situacij poklicnega življenja, kot so na primer telefonsko povpraševanje, pisna rezervacija hotelskega gosta, potrditev rezervacije ter sprejem gosta v hotelu kot tudi reševanje morebitne ustne ali pisne reklamacije v primeru nezadovoljstva. Učni scenarij je torej sestavljen iz zaporedja izmišljenih nalog, ki vodijo do določenega učnega cilja, ki smo si ga zastavili in ga želimo doseči. Na poti do cilja pa seveda naletimo na morebitne prepreke ali probleme, ki jih tako v resničnem življenju kot tudi v učni situaciji lahko s pogovorom oziroma pogajanji prebrodimo oziroma rešimo. Na koncu vsakega učnega scenarija pa sledijo evalvacija in povratne informacije.

ABSTRACT The learning scenario method was first used in the 1950s in the United States in conjunction with strategic simulation games. Subsequently, international companies with branches abroad used it to train their employees for successful business communication in foreign languages. Today it is used in many areas of further education. It is also used in the foreign language for professional purposes in the tasks that enable the training of oral and written communication skills required by the working place. A learning scenario always consists of a chain of communication situations that are based on each other and are closely interconnected. Just as events in the theatre are related to real-life situations, tasks or roles in a foreign language learning scenario are related to a sequence of professional life situations, such as telephone inquiry, written reservation of a hotel guest, confirmation of reservation and reception of a guest in the hotel as well as resolving any oral or written complaint in case of dissatisfaction.
The learning scenario therefore consists of a sequence of fictional tasks that lead to a specific learning goal that we have set for ourselves and want to achieve. On the way to the goal, of course, we encounter possible obstacles or problems that can be overcome or solved through conversation or negotiations, both in real life and in the learning situation. Evaluation and feedback follow at the end of each learning scenario.
