Povzetek
Iskanje zaposlitve je najtežavnejše obdobje v človekovi karierni poti, pa naj bo to na začetku, v sredini ali na koncu karierne poti. Mladi se soočajo s pomanjkanjem izkušenj, starejši iskalci zaposlitve pa z diskriminacijo zaradi starosti. Družba bi morala postaviti nove trende, sinergije med mladostjo in izkušnjami. Mladi se lahko od starejših veliko naučijo in obratno, kajti sledenje sodobnim trendom v današnji družbi je nemogoče. S tem bi bila starejša populacija bolj na tekočem s sodobnimi trendi na vseh ravneh, mlajša populacija pa bi se znebila začetniških napak, ki so že bile narejene. Z izkušnjami se izognemo napakam pri slabih odločitvah.

Abstract
Finding a job is the most difficult period in a human career, whether at the beginning of a career path, in the middle or at the end. Young people face a lack of experience, while older jobseekers have some kind of age discrimination. Society should set new trends in synergy between youth and experience. Young people could learn a lot from the elderly, and older people could learn a lot from young people, because it is unfortunate that tracking modern trends in today's society is impossible. This would make the older population more current with modern trends at all levels, and the younger population would get rid of some of the beginners mistakes that someone has already done and experienced the significance of a mistake or a bad decision.

Povzetek
Za lažjo in hitrejšo uveljavitev na študente osredotočenega pristopa bi bila potrebna trdna in široko sprejeta definicija in standardi na študente osredotočenega učenja. Prispevek, ki je nastal na osnovi projekta »Empowering teachers for a student-centred approach«, daje predlog za definicijo in standarde na študente osredotočenega učenja, ki temeljijo na učnem procesu, ocenjevanju, uvajanju drugih oblik personaliziranega pristopa do študentov in izobraževanju predavateljev.

Abstract
A solid and largely accepted definition and standards of the student-centred learning would be necessary for easier and faster introduction of the student-centred approach. The paper that was written on the basis of the project »Empowering teachers for a student-centred approach« suggests the definition and standards of the student-centred learning based on the process of learning, assessment, introduction of other forms of this pedagogical approach and teachers' education.

Povzetek Življenje posameznika je prepleteno z mnogimi prelomnicami, ki oblikujejo njegovo osebnost. Vsak mejnik pusti določeno sled, ki človeka okrepi in mu vlije samozavest na nadaljnji poti. Po zaključku šolanja si vsak želi samostojnosti in finančne svobode, kar mu lahko omogoči zaposlitev na ustrezno delovno mesto. Sama zaposlitev ni dovolj, na delovnem mestu se je potrebno vsakodnevno dokazovati in izpolnjevati delodajalčeva pričakovanja in cilje. Delodajalec si želi v svoji sredini kader, ki bo sposoben dosegati vizijo in zastavljene cilje podjetja. Doseganje ciljev ne pride samo po sebi. Podjetje vlaga v posameznika, ga izobrazi, razvije kompetence in mu omogoči lastno presojo in samostojnost pri delu. Zbrano pridobi na podlagi razvojnega pogovora, ki mu služi kot osnova za prepoznavo področij napredka in na koncu prepoznave kariernega napredka posameznika.

Abstract The individual's life is intertwined with many turning points that shape his personality. Every milestone leaves a certain trail that strengthens the person and gives him confidence in the path. After completing schooling, everyone wants autonomy and financial freedom, which can enable him to work in the appropriate workplace. The job itself is not enough, in the workplace it is necessary to prove on a daily basis and meet the employer's expectations and goals. The employer wants an employee, capable of achieving the vision and set goals of the company. Achieving goals does not come by itself. The company invests in an individual, educates him, develops competencies and enables his own judgment and autonomy at work. The whole package is collected on the basis of a development interview, which serves as a basis for identifying areas of progress and at the end of recognizing the career progress of the individual.
